教育部於昨（十六）日舉辦「一步一腳印攜手共伴十一年史懷哲計畫推動成果分享記者會」，由政務次長蔡清華親臨致詞，會中除分享各師資培育大學長期致力關懷弱勢以及教育專業耕耘的成果外，更展現各校與中小學共創雙贏的合作夥伴關係！

教育部自推動大學師資生實踐史懷哲精神教育服務計畫，迄今，已經十一個年頭，參與計畫的師資培育大學校數年年增加，服務學校涵蓋都會弱勢地區、偏鄉至離島等，接觸學生的類型亦相當多元，從幼兒園、國小、國中及高中生都是服務對象。蔡清華政務次長表示，史懷哲精神教育服務計畫在於不放棄任何一位孩子，服務過程中除了讓師資生透過自主教學設計，充分體驗未來成為教師的教學內涵與教學的真實需求，激發其教學熱情外，同時，更讓都會或偏鄉的弱勢孩子於暑假期間也能透過非正式教學管道，得到更多的關懷與學習機會，弭平學習落差，是一個富有溫度的計畫。

記者會在一開場即透過精華影片展現各師資培育大學至高級中等以下學校及幼兒園進行教育服務的豐碩成果，並邀集參與服務的師資生蒞臨現場分享。其中國立臺北教育大學語文與創作學系溫孟涵同學提到在參加史懷哲服務計畫之前，她曾反覆問自己「熱情足以讓我成為一位好老師嗎？」，直至她到新北市金山區中角國小服務時，遇到了兩個孩子帶來的感動，讓她深深體會到當老師的價值感！

文藻外語大學外語教學系王家偉同學在屏東縣墾丁國小服務時，常告訴自己「只要學生上完課對於學習有熱忱(渴望)，你就是成功」。因此儘管第一次遇到了多重障礙的學生，且該名學生在聽力上無法接受男老師的聲音，但他仍堅持面對這樣的教學難題，最後，學生一句道謝牽動起教師內心那份感動。國立臺灣藝術大學施兆芝同學到離島馬祖介壽國中小服務，過程雖辛苦，卻讓他得到很多，看到小孩的單純可愛，更覺得要努力為這些孩子的學習盡一份心力。

史懷哲精神教育服務計畫每年服務校數及人次一直維持著高度活力，走過十一年，透過參與史懷哲服務工作，激發了許多大學師資生願意投入更多的熱情在孩童身上，師資生得到的不僅是與孩童間真摯的情感互動，更觸發身為教育人的志業責任！期盼我們能鼓舞更多師資生伸出雙手、邁出腳步，讓更多需要被關照的角落，有洋溢的專業熱忱相伴！
